KPEI Code of Conduct: Commitment as a Responsible Supplier

Introduction

At KP Executive Insights (KPEI), we are committed to operating with integrity, excellence, and accountability in every client engagement. As a strategic partner and supplier of project management, assessments, workforce solutions, and business consulting services, we recognize the responsibility we carry to uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards. This Code of Conduct outlines how we meet — and strive to exceed, expectations in our role as a supplier.

This document also affirms our alignment with our clients’ codes of conduct and serves as our internal guide to how we engage, represent, and operate in all supplier relationships.

Our Role as a Supplier

As a supplier of consulting services, KPEI is responsible for:

  • Delivering professional services ethically and effectively, including project execution, strategic assessments, and advisory services;
  • Providing expert-level resources in project management, technical and functional support, and business process improvement;
  • Maintaining compliance with all contractual, legal, and professional requirements;
  • Safeguarding client data and assets, including proprietary systems, workflows, and documentation;
  • Promoting trust through accurate reporting, clear communication, and proactive issue resolution;
  • Serving as an extension of our clients’ teams, contributing positively to their business culture, project success, and reputation.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance

We are committed to full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Employment, wage, and labor standards;
  • International, federal, state, and local laws governing software, data handling, and exports;
  • Anti-corruption, antitrust, and ethical business conduct regulations.

Ethical Conduct and Anti-Corruption

  • KPEI strictly prohibits bribery, extortion, fraud, or any improper advantage in any business dealings.
  • We comply with all applicable anti-bribery laws and uphold transparency in all procurement and contracting decisions.
  • We report any unethical behavior by client representatives or partners.

Labor Practices and Human Rights

  • We do not tolerate any form of forced labor, child labor, or unethical recruitment practices.
  • We ensure our subcontractors and partners adhere to the same high standards.
  • All consultants and staff are treated with dignity, paid fairly, and provided a safe and respectful workplace.

Non-Discrimination and Equal Opportunity

KPEI is an equal opportunity employer and service provider. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected category in our hiring, project assignments, or partner engagement practices.

Health, Safety, and Workplace Standards

  • We provide a safe and healthy work environment for our team members, whether remote or onsite.
  • Our team members are trained in project and client safety protocols and are expected to uphold those standards at all times.

Data Privacy, Security, and Intellectual Property

  • KPEI maintains the highest standards of data protection, ensuring that all client data, confidential information, and intellectual property are securely managed and protected.
  • We do not share, reuse, or disclose any proprietary materials unless expressly authorized in writing by the client.

Environmental Responsibility

While our services are primarily professional and advisory, KPEI is committed to minimizing our environmental impact. We leverage digital-first approaches to reduce paper usage and travel, and we support sustainability initiatives whenever possible.

Client Asset and Resource Protection

  • We use client-provided systems, tools, and information only for the purposes authorized.
  • We ensure that systems, project data, and credentials are secured, properly returned, and not misused in any form.

Business Conduct and Fair Competition

  • We compete ethically and avoid any behavior that could create conflicts of interest.
  • We never make misleading statements or misrepresent our capabilities.
  • Gifts, incentives, or entertainment intended to influence decisions are not offered or accepted under any circumstances.

Conflict of Interest

KPEI will avoid and disclose any potential conflict of interest that could interfere with the objectivity or integrity of a client engagement. All team members are trained to identify and escalate such situations.

Grievance and Reporting

We maintain internal processes for reporting any unethical behavior, safety concerns, or violations of this Code. We also comply with client protocols, including anonymous reporting hotlines, where applicable.

Monitoring and Cooperation

  • KPEI supports supplier audits and assessments to demonstrate compliance with this Code of Conduct and any client-specific requirements.
  • We maintain accurate records of our engagements, including timesheets, documentation, and performance evaluations, which are available for client review upon request.

Enforcement and Accountability

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, contract termination, or legal enforcement as applicable. KPEI is committed to continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability in all our operations.
